Reporting a Damaged Item

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

To report a damaged item, please contact us and provide the following:

• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Clear photos of the damaged packaging
• A photo of the shipping label

Resolution

After reviewing your claim, we will offer one of the following based on your preference and product availability:

• A replacement product dispatched at no additional cost
• A full refund to your original payment method

Our Commitment

At Montenzo, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns under specific conditions.

Returns Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
• Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy requirements

How COD Works

• Place your order through our website
• Select Cash on Delivery at checkout
• Pay in cash to the courier at the time of delivery

Important Terms

• COD is available in selected locations across Pakistan
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
• Customers must provide a valid phone number for order confirmation
• We reserve the right to contact you to confirm your order before dispatch

Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If a COD order is rejected at delivery or fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, Montenzo reserves the right to:

• Restrict future COD orders from the same customer
• Require prepaid payment for future purchases
